Lovin' the One You're With

Or rather Lovin' the One You're Pitching!

Yep, it's time to get really excited about last fall's manuscript. Why? Because it's finished and ready to be pitched to get me signed by an agent, who is going to manage my career to bestseller stardom. :D

So, I dusted it off last night and started reading at about 10:30 pm. After an hour, I realized that it was way past my bedtime, and I needed to stop reading. The great part was that I was completely engaged in the story, and I didn't want to stop reading.

Huge sigh of relief.

It's such a wonderful surprise to go back to a story that has been sitting idle for a few months and realize it is still good. Just a little polish with a soft cloth, no elbow grease required, and this baby is ready to be seen by the world. So come on agents, let's get me published!
